Terms and Conditions

Effective and last updated: September 14, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of business600.com and any website design, website modernization, website care, custom video, or related service provided by Business600 (“Business600,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. A project-specific written quote, invoice, or service agreement may contain additional terms. If a project-specific written agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the project-specific agreement controls.

Project Requests and Acceptance

Submitting the Project Request form is an inquiry only. It does not obligate you to purchase a service, require Business600 to accept a project, reserve a start date, or create a contract. A project begins only after Business600 confirms the scope, price, payment arrangements, schedule, and other applicable terms in writing and both parties accept those terms. Business600 may decline a project that is outside our available services, schedule, technical capabilities, or acceptable-use standards.

Website Future Scan and AI-Assisted Content

The Website Future Scan reviews limited information publicly available from the website address submitted by a user and creates an automated modernization concept based on those public signals and the selected customer goal. It does not access passwords, private accounts, restricted pages, or nonpublic website information. By submitting a website address, you represent that you own the website or are authorized to manage or evaluate it. You may not submit private pages, confidential information, websites you are not authorized to manage, or content for an unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing purpose. Business600 may use third-party providers that support website screenshot capture, hosting, security, email delivery, and AI-assisted analysis or concept generation, including OpenAI. Submitted website addresses, selected goals, limited public website content, and related technical information may be processed by those providers as reasonably necessary to create and deliver the requested preview. Website Future Scan scores, findings, recommendations, written content, images, and redesigned previews are automated and illustrative. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for final publication. They are not complete technical, accessibility, security, search-engine optimization, legal, or professional audits and do not guarantee improved traffic, calls, bookings, donations, registrations, sales, or other business results. Business600 performs a human review before recommending or beginning paid website work. Usage limits displayed on the website apply to scan requests. Business600 may temporarily cache completed concepts for up to 24 hours, limit repeated requests, or restrict access when reasonably necessary to control processing costs, maintain availability, prevent abuse, or protect the website and its service providers. Using the Website Future Scan, viewing a preview, or requesting an emailed preview does not create a client relationship, project agreement, payment obligation, reserved start date, or guarantee that Business600 will accept a project.

Services and Pricing

The following advertised prices apply to the services specifically listed with each package on the Business600 website:
  • B600 Site Refresh: flat price of $300 for the listed refresh service;
  • Custom WordPress Build: flat price of $600 for the listed build service;
  • Website Care Essentials: starting at $49 per month for qualifying Business600-built or Business600-refreshed WordPress websites; and
  • Custom Video Creation: starting at the price shown for the selected video format.
Work outside an advertised package is not included in its flat price and will be quoted separately before it is performed. Examples may include added functionality, custom integrations, extensive content creation, e-commerce, major repairs, malware cleanup, premium software licenses, stock media, specialized accessibility or legal compliance work, and other requests beyond the confirmed scope. Business600 does not provide hosting. Unless a written project agreement states otherwise, clients purchase and maintain their own domain, WordPress-compatible hosting, business email, premium licenses, subscriptions, and other third-party services.

Project Scope and Changes

The written project confirmation will identify the included services, deliverables, revisions, client responsibilities, and any limitations. Requests that materially change the approved direction, features, content, platform, or deliverables may require a separate quote, added payment, and a revised schedule. Business600 will obtain approval before performing separately priced work.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:
  • Provide timely, accurate, and complete instructions, content, feedback, and approvals;
  • Maintain access to the client-owned domain, hosting account, business email, and required third-party accounts;
  • Keep independent backups of important website content and account information;
  • Review spelling, contact information, pricing, legal notices, claims, and other content before final approval;
  • Obtain all permissions, releases, licenses, and rights needed for materials supplied to Business600; and
  • Avoid sending passwords or other sensitive credentials through the public Project Request form or ordinary email.

Content and Materials Supplied by the Client

The client represents that it owns or has permission to use all names, logos, trademarks, text, photographs, artwork, music, lyrics, audio, video, testimonials, and other materials supplied for a project. The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of those materials and for obtaining any required permissions from individuals appearing in them. The client authorizes Business600 to copy, edit, format, and use supplied materials only as reasonably necessary to perform the requested services.

Project Schedule and Client Delays

Any delivery or launch date is an estimate unless Business600 expressly guarantees a date in writing. A schedule may change because of requested revisions, delayed content or approvals, technical issues, third-party services, or events outside reasonable control. Business600 is not responsible for delays caused by missing client materials, unavailable account access, hosting problems, or third-party providers.

Review, Approval, and Website Transfer

Website work may be prepared separately from the client’s live website. The client will have an opportunity to review the work and request revisions included in the confirmed scope. The client is responsible for completing a reasonable final review before approval. After approval and satisfaction of the applicable payment terms, Business600 will transfer or upload the approved WordPress website to the client’s compatible hosting account. The client controls and remains responsible for its domain, hosting, email, accounts, and third-party subscriptions. After transfer, ongoing updates, backups, monitoring, repairs, and content changes are the client’s responsibility unless covered by an active written Website Care agreement.

Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

The payment schedule, due dates, accepted payment method, cancellation terms, and any refund eligibility will be stated in the written quote, invoice, or service agreement provided before the project begins. Those written project terms control. Do not make a payment unless you have reviewed and accepted the applicable project terms. Submitting a Project Request does not create a payment obligation. Third-party charges or purchases authorized for a project may be nonrefundable under the third party’s rules, and Business600 will identify such charges when applicable.

Website Care Services

Website Care Essentials is available only for qualifying websites and covers the services listed in the accepted care agreement. Hosting, domain registration, business email, premium licenses, malware cleanup, major repairs, redesigns, new functionality, and services exceeding the included monthly content allowance are not included unless stated in writing. Any recurring payment schedule, renewal terms, cancellation process, and effective cancellation date will be stated in the written care-plan confirmation before service begins.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

The client retains ownership of materials it supplies. Unless the written project agreement states otherwise, ownership of the final custom deliverables created specifically for the client transfers to the client after all amounts due for those deliverables are paid. Business600 and its licensors retain ownership of pre-existing materials, reusable tools, methods, code libraries, know-how, templates, and other materials not created exclusively for the client. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock media, software, and services remain subject to their own licenses and terms. Business600 will display a completed project in its portfolio or promotional materials only when authorized by the client or permitted by the applicable written project agreement.

Third-Party Services

Websites may depend on hosting companies, domain registrars, email providers, WordPress, plugins, payment processors, social platforms, analytics services, or other third parties. Business600 does not control those providers and is not responsible for their outages, security incidents, policy changes, pricing changes, discontinued features, account restrictions, or other actions. The client is responsible for reviewing and complying with applicable third-party terms.

No Guaranteed Business Results

Business600 will perform accepted services with reasonable care but does not guarantee search-engine rankings, traffic, sales, donations, calls, leads, registrations, revenue, uninterrupted operation, or any other particular business result. Sample scans, scores, reports, mockups, and demonstrations are illustrative unless expressly identified as a live assessment or final deliverable.

Website Availability and Disclaimer

The Business600 website and its informational or demonstration features are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Business600 disclaims warranties not expressly included in a written project agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Business600 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities; or damages caused by third-party services, client-supplied materials, unauthorized account access, or changes made by someone other than Business600. To the extent permitted by law, Business600’s total liability arising from a particular paid service will not exceed the amount the client paid Business600 for that service. This limitation does not apply where applicable law does not permit it.

Lawful Use

You may not use the Business600 website or services to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, deceive others, impersonate another person or organization, or interfere with website security or operation. Business600 may suspend or end work involving unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activity.

Third-Party Links

The website may link to client websites or other third-party resources. Business600 does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any project-specific agreement may contain additional dispute-resolution or venue terms.

Changes to These Terms

Business600 may update these Terms when its website, services, or legal obligations change. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes do not retroactively replace the terms of an already accepted project agreement unless both parties agree in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
